Welcome to Fitness Complete!


Fitness Complete has been operating for over 14 years with 8 of those being in Hawthorn East. We are pleased to have been at Grace Park Hawthorn Club (GPHC) for the past 7 years. The FC team have over 50 years experience between them in the Health & Wellness industry.

​At Fitness Complete, we aim to make exercise a fun part of your life. Our group training sessions are designed to increase metabolism and stamina, decrease stress and improve your overall wellbeing plus we cater to all fitness levels.


Are you looking for overall fitness improvement, a weight loss program, strength gains, sports specific training or just a self-esteem boost?...then we have it all and are here to help. We like to make the sessions fun, yet challenging in a non-intimidating environment and also cater for the cooler months by taking our group sessions indoors, so there is no excuse not to stay fit and healthy all year round.  

Group sessions aren't for you? We are also available for 1-on-1 PT, 2-on-1 PT or private groups.

FC WEIGHT LOSS & DETOX PROGRAM
