Welcome to Fitness Complete!


Fitness Complete has been operating for over 11 years, 8 of those being in Hawthorn East. We are pleased to have been at the beautiful Grace Park Hawthorn Club (GPHC) for the past 3 years.

Steven and Emma have over 30 years experience between them in the Health & Wellness industry. Emma in the world of competitive swimming and Steven in professional soccer and gymnasiums.

​At Fitness Complete, we aim to make exercise a fun part of your life. Our group training sessions are designed to increase metabolism and stamina, decrease stress and improve your overall wellbeing plus we cater to all fitness levels.


Are you looking for overall fitness improvement, a weight loss program, strength gains, sports specific training or just a self-esteem boost?...then we have it all and are here to help. We like to make the sessions fun, yet challenging in a non-intimidating environment and also cater for the cooler months by taking our group sessions indoors, so there is no excuse not to stay fit and healthy all year round.  

 Group sessions aren't for you? We are also available for 1-on-1 PT or private groups.

Strength & Conditioning is predominantly focussed on building your strength and anaerobic endurance.

Designed with the over 50's in mind (but everyone's welcome), our functional training sessions are developed to adapt exercises that assist individuals in their daily activities.

Choose from outdoor sessions in the beautiful surrounds of Grace Park or take our sessions indoors to our private studio in Hawthorn.

Bootcamp will aim at supercharging your fitness, boosting your metabolism, burning off that extra fat and achieving your individual goals.

BOXING & INTERVAL
We deliver our popular Boxing & Interval hybrid session 3 times a week.  All abilities will benefit from this workout.

FC WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM
Lose up to 7kgs in 3 weeks with Emma's online nutrition coaching and support (results vary). This is all diet based and does not include any intense exercise during the eating program.
